Karel Lens, has more than 27 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. He is the founder and managing partner of KESK Global Group, LLC, KESK Global Advising, LLC and KESK Global Capital, LLC.
Previously, Karel held multiple managing and lending roles at several national commercial and community banks in Miami, FL serving as Senior Vice President & Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking Division at Amerant Bank. Prior to his last bank role, he was a Senior Vice President & Sales Team Manager - Business Banking Department at BankUnited.
Karel earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Double major in International Business and Management and holds several certifications in Commercial and Consumer lending from AIB - American Institute of Banking. He is also a licensed State of Florida Real Estate Agent.

Carlos Lens has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is the founder and managing partner of KESK Global Realty, LLC.
Previously, Carlos held multiple managing and business developing roles at several real estate and broker companies in Miami, Florida. He served as Broker Associate Realtor and Mortgage Loan originator at Results Realty and Mack Mortgage.
Carlos earned a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Havana. He is also a licensed State of Florida Real Estate Broker.

Assuan has over 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. He is currently a licensed real estate agent. Assuan guides both buyers and sellers through their options to obtain the best possible purchase or sale. He makes sure that every transaction is seamless.
Assuan has real estate experience in the cities of Miami, Coral Gables, Cape Coral, Orlando, Hollywood, Hallandale, Aventura and Coconut Creek.
Prior to joining KESK Global Realty, LLC, Assuan worked for the University of Miami for over 12 years.
Assuan earned a Master's in Health Services Administration from Florida National University. He is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and a Licensed Notary.
